We do not have the ability to alter reviews, but we do moderate reviews that use vulgar language, that talk about unsafe use of products we sell, that suggest a cure for any illness or that breaks TGA guidelines.

Eco Rewards points cannot be redeemed in the same transaction as a newsletter discount code. If you choose to use a newsletter discount code, the redeem points slider is not visible at the checkout.

In February 2023, we launched a brand new website. We are still putting the final touches on the functionality of the Eco Rewards program. All your points from the old website have been saved and will be added back to your account once you register on the new site again.

Spend Eco Rewards Points

Redeeming points at the cart or checkout is easier than ever

As long as you’re logged in and you have eligible items in your cart, you’ll see our Eco Rewards slider to redeem points and save $$ at the checkout.

You can redeem up to 10% of the value of any full priced eligible item in points at the checkout. The exclusions list can be found at the bottom of this page.

STEP 1

Move the slider along to choose how many points you want to redeem and click the REDEEM button.

STEP 2

Click on the red SHOW DISCOUNT CODE button & the following appears.

Click the green COPY button and now your code is your clipboard. Close the pop up window.

STEP 3

Paste your discount code in to the Discount Code box and click APPLY.

IMPORTANT - only one discount code can be used per order. If you redeem points, you can’t use any other advertised discount codes in the same transaction. If you use a newsletter discount code, the redeem points box will not appear for you at the checkout.
