Most are back in stock now so you can go ahead and order!  If you are new to essential oils then we thought this was a great time to share some of the most popular oils in our store to give you a few ideas.

For diffusing in the home at night time.

If you have a doTERRA aroma diffuser then these two oils are great to have diffusing in the evenings at this time of year, especially if you have kids.

EASY AIR (BREATHE) – the respiratory blend that is great for clearing airways and can help with a more restful night time sleep. Also great diluted with some fractionated coconut oil and applied to the bottoms of the feet.

LAVENDER – an all time favourite for relaxation, this is another that can be used at night time to calm the kids down ready for bed. doTERRA also have a blend called Lavender Peace designed to calm the mind and relax the body. It contains Lavender, Cedarwood, Ho Wood, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Vetiver, Vanilla Bean Absolute and Hawaiian Sandalwood and is perfect to diffuse or you can even make up your own roller ball by mixing it with some carrier oil and apply up the spine, on the wrists or even directly on your pillow.

To get everyone up and moving in the mornings.
So many options for this, depending on what kind of scent you prefer. Either peppermint or wild orange oil on their own are great ideas for some morning get up and go. You can simply sniff them from the bottle or diffuse and together in the diffuser they smell amazing (try 2 drops of each to begin with).

You can also opt for some pre made blends like the IN TUNE (Focus) Blend, or the MOTIVATE blend and both of these are great options to pop on the kids wrists before they go to school.
