Green With Envy - organic green makeup shade guide

I have no idea why we left this off our opening order, but Zuii do two amazingly bold colours in their organic mascara once you step outside the traditional black and earth tones. The Lapis Blue sold out the day our first order came in, so this time around we have also added the Emerald Green to our range. There's plenty of stock available so we won't run out any time soon.

(UPDATE: we no longer have an organic green mascara available in store. Since this post was written, most brands stopped producing coloured mascara. There is a purple mascara available in the Ere Perez range and it's the only colour we have in store that's not black or brown.)

Once again, we're stepping to the bold statements made by Zuii Organic for an organic eyeliner pencil in green. Many people choose organic eye makeup because traditional makeup irritates their eyes. The areas of the eye where you apply both eyeliner and mascara are particularly sensitive, and even if you don't do the full organic beauty regime, adding a couple of core organic products in your makeup bag is a great idea. And when you do, you don't need to compromise on colour or lasting power.

(UPDATE: while Zuii isn't in store anymore, Inika have a stunning Emerald Green Eyeliner pencil and Ere Perez have a more sedate Forest shade.)

(UPDATE: finding natural makeup brands that make eye shadow now is difficult. Most eye shade is made overseas and needs to be made in large batches which is not viable for small brands. Since they are just usually mineral powder, selecting an eye shadow from a mainstream brand is your best option)
