doTERRA Bedtime Bliss Wellness Box

At night time, it's common for people put calming essential oils in their aroma diffuser before going to bed. Bedtime Bliss keeps this in mind and contains the following essential oils and blends:-

The inclusion of a bottle of fractionated coconut oil also lends itself to making up roller balls and using these oils as a topical perfume. Please remember, it's not safe to put the straight oils or blends directly on to the skin, they are too strong. By diluting in a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil, they are safer to use and will last longer.

For those who play a lot of sports, essential oils can be a productive assistant in helping to warm up, cool down and recover muscles, along with things like arnica creams and magnesium oil. Motivate is one of my favourite essential oil blends from doTERRA with a fresh and zesty uplifting aroma. It has more zing than Citrus Bliss which has a soft vanilla base note.
