Returns
We understand that not every product you purchase online will suit your needs. Because of this, we are happy to accept returns for certain categories in our store as long as they are unused and still with their original packaging & labels in tact. The list of what can and cannot be returned for change of mind are below.Once items are returned and inspected and we have confirmed it is in the same condition you received it in, we will process a refund for you. Any rejected return will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Because of this, we are happy to accept returns for certain categories in our store with 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused and still with their original packaging & labels in tact.
Note: any product that is faulty or damaged in transit is handled by our warranty process.

- Hair, Face, Body, Makeup & Essential Oils with a factory seal
- Lunch Bags
- Stainless Steel Pegs
Not accepted returns for change of mind
- Food
- Any consumable health food or supplement
- Anything marked as Special Order
- Anything on sale for more than 20% off
- Hair, Face, Body, Makeup & Essential oils without a factory seal
- All cleaning products (other than stainless steel pegs)
The cost to return a product for change of mind
- RETURN POSTAGE must be paid by the customer
- YOUR ORIGINAL POSTAGE CHARGES will not be refunded on a return
- IF YOU QUALIFIED FOR FREE SHIPPING on your original order and you return enough of your order to drop below our Free Shipping offer, the shipping charges that would have applied to your order original will be deducted from your refund
- WE DON'T EXCHANGE PRODUCTS but you are welcome to purchase the new one and get a refund on the original
