Contains superfoods, lion’s mane and shiitake as well as flavoursome portobello mushrooms, fresh herbs and immune promoting vegetables that offer a highly nutritious boost of nutrients and life force to your favourite foods.
This versatile stock concentrate is created with the rich flavours of portobello mushroom and our signature blend of superfood mushrooms shiitake and lion’s mane, balanced perfectly with immune boosting garlic, balsamic and aromatic thyme. Lion’s mane mushrooms contain bioactive substances that have beneficial effects on the body, especially the brain, heart and gut.
Serving Suggestion - Add to savoury favourites like soups, risottos, stuffings, sauces and grains for and instant hit of flavourful goodness.
Directions For Use - Simply add 1 tsp to 250 mL of hot water for a full flavoured stock or add a few teaspoons directly to your favourite casseroles, stir-fries and sauces. You may also like to use it in soups, veggie stews, risottos or when preparing grains.
