Diffuse for throat discomfort
Cypress essential oil is distilled from the leaf of the cypress tree. The oil has a fresh, clean scent that can be energising and uplifting. It's frequently used by massage therapists to help soothe tight and tense muscles and to promote circulation.
It can be diffused to assist with clear breathing and to support healthy respiratory function or at the first signs of throat discomfort. It can also be rubbed on the chest with fractionated coconut oil to support healthy breathing or rubbed in to sore muscles diluted in a carrier oil.
It can also be added to skin toner (one or two drops) to help reduce oily skin conditions.

Aromatic Description - Clean, fresh, woody, herbaceous
Therapeutic Use - Healthy Breathing, Soothe Tight Muscles
Aromatic Use - Diffuse 3 to 4 drops.
Topical Use - Dilute 1 or 2 drops in fractionated coconut oil or other carrier oil. See safety information.
Internal Use - Not safe for use internally.
Cleaning - Not generally used for cleaning
