Adaptiv is known as the Tranquil Blend in the doTERRA range. It has a sweet, citrusy & floral aroma. The best way to describe it is a warm and floral hug in a fresh breeze. The magnolia and neroli sing while grounding you at the same time with the freshness of spearmint and wild orange. Spearmint is a slightly less intense and warmer oil than peppermint which is very bright and cooling. Use Adaptiv to soothe the mind and relax the body.
HOW TO USE ADAPTIV SAFELY
- 3 to 4 drops in to an aroma diffuser
- 3 drops diluted in fractionated coconut oil for a soothing massage
- 3 to 4 drops in a carrier oil and then add to bath water with epsom salts for a long relaxing soak
