Volume - 15ml
Ingredients - Peppermint essential oil
Aromatic Description - Minty, hot, herbacious
Therapeutic Use - Helps to clear breathing, cooling to the body, can assist with digestive discomfort when rubbed on the stomach. Can help to reduce fever when used aromatically as it cools the body.
Aromatic Use - Three to four drops in an aroma diffuser. This oil has a cooling effect on the body and should not be diffused continuously all day.
Topical Use - Can be applied to the skin diluted in a carrier oil. Add to any moisturiser to make your own foot cream.
Internal Use - Food grade oil, suitable for use in cooking.
Cleaning - Not generally used for cleaning
Safety Information - Use with caution during pregnancy or with anyone with high blood pressure. Repeated topical use can create skin sensitivity, best to dilute if you're using topically on a regular basis. Seek medical advice before using topically on a regular basis.
