Grants of Australia have released a series of bamboo toothbrushes to be used with their natural toothpaste range.
The handle is made from 100% biodegradable and sustainable bamboo. The bristles are as eco friendly as can be while still performing and not wearing out too quickly. They are 62% castor bean oil and 38% plastic. When you're finished with the toothbrush, either snap the head off for recycling or use plyers to pull the bristles out. The bristles can be recycled. The bare handle can be composted.
The packaging is plastic free - packed in an outer cardboard box, and for hygiene, the brush is packed in what may look like a plastic bag, but it is corn starch that can be composted. The box can be recycled.
SIZE - Adult
BRISTLES - Medium
CARE INSTRUCTIONS - rinse before and after use. Allow to completely dry in open air toothbrush holder between uses. Replace every 3 months or after illness.
100% biodegradable handle. Bristles 62% castor bean oil and 38% plastic (recyclable). Cornstarch inner wrapper (no plastic).
Grants is one of the original natural toothpaste brands in Australia and one of the most recognisable brands and also the most affordable. You may have even seen one or two of their products in your local supermarket. We love the extra step they have taken with their bamboo toothbrushes which have a lower nylon content than the rest of the market. The bristles are 62% castor oil and the bag inside the box to keep the toothbrush hygienically sealed is a biodegradable bio plastic.
