Our silicone food cover sets are made with food grade silicone and are super stretchy to easily cover plates, bowls, mugs and even canned food in the fridge. The covers are round but will easily bend and stretch to other shapes. Our smallest size is 6.5cm and easily stretches to cover a small bowl that's 9cm in diameter, so you can get an approx stretch of 30% larger than the size of the actual cover.
The sides on the covers are 2.5cm to 3cm high depending on the diameter of the cover and have 5 silicone tabs in total - one large tab to remove the cover from the bowl when you no longer need it and an extra 4 smaller tabs to help you stretch the cover on to the bowl when you're using it. If you get enough of a stretch when you use them, they will create a water tight seal. Please ensure both the cover and your bowl are dry when you put them on or they will slip around and be hard to get on.

PACKAGING - our silicone covers come packed in a brown paper envelope and they will be flat and a bit squished when you pull them out. Their shape will spring to life as soon as you pull them out and stand the sides up.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS - The covers are fridge, freezer and dishwasher safe. While they are microwave safe, do not use them in the microwave fully sealed. Air always needs to escape when cooking in the microwave. They are strong, but not completely indestructible. Keep away from sharp objects.
