ABOUT THE INSULATION - this is a vacuum sealed double layer of stainless steel giving you up to 12 hours of hot insulation and up to 24 hours of cold insulation. Get the best out of your insulation by pre-heating the vessel for hot food or drink and chilling the food or drink for cold insulation. Insulation works best when the vessel is full.Â
