The Oasis Double Wall Insulated Stainless Steel Jug is a hybrid product that crosses over 3 main categories in our store - water bottle, water jug and food flask. The benefits of using it for each of the following uses are:-
- As a water bottle - you can carry around your full daily intake of water in one container. Be mindful that if you use it for this purpose, when empty this bottle weighs just under 2kg. When full, it weighs around 4kg. There is a screw lid that you can drink from directly if the weight of the bottle isn't an issue for you.
- As an insulated water jug - take it to a picnic, BBQ, music festival, work site - anywhere you need to keep a large amount of liquid hot or cold, and you can remove the lid and pour as needed. Making tea or coffee, holding fruit juice, water, the hot and cold insulation will allow you to store anything that's not carbonated.
- As an insulated food flask - not an obvious choice for many, but the wide mouth opening makes this ideal for carrying large portions of food that needs to be kept hot or cold when you're on the go. Think coleslaw / potato salad for a BBQ, a hot casserole at a pot luck, a hot hearty soup, even ice cream or sorbet could be kept chilled for a picnic or a day at the beach.
