Papaya Lips from P'ure Papayacare is a 100% natural vegan and palm oil free lip balm made with fermented paw paw and calendula. Many paw paw lip balms on the market still use petroleum, this one doesn't. Instead, a combination of shea butter, macadamia and jojoba oils nourish the skin on your lips to soothe, moisturise and hydrate.
The paw paw in this balm is Australian fermented papaya which is contains high levels of vitamin C and a unique set of enzymes that repair dry lips and gently exfoliate. Since the lips have thinner skin than the rest of your face and they don't have any sweat glands, saliva is the only way to keep them moist without using a balm to protect them. The staying power comes from candelilla wax, a vegan plant based wax that's used in place of beeswax.
