SIZE - holds approx 50g of Celtic Sea Salt - 10.2cm x 4.3cm diameter

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  • Unscrew glass jar from the grinding head in an anti-clockwise direction
  • To grind, hold the head and stice the jar in a clockwise motion
  • Periodically clean the grinder with warm soapy water, rinse and allow to completely dry
  • When using Celtic Sea Salt,  you'll get the best results with the Low Temp Dried crystals. If you want to use the moist coarse salt, it's recommended to place it out in the sun and allow the moisture to evaporate before placing in your grinder. A food dehydrator or a 50-100C oven for 10 minutes should do the same job.
