We attempt to keep our website up to date with regards to ingredients lists and information but changes do occur without us being notified. By shopping with us, you agree to check the product packaging when your order arrives to ensure there are no ingredient discrepencies and that the product is still suitable for you before using it. When purchasing products for young children or babies, please check that the product is age appropriate before purchasing and using at home.
If purchasing any product to treat any symptom or medical condition, please consult with a trained professional. The information on our site is general information and is not medical advice. Any products registered with the TGA provide information on what they can treat, but you still need to consult with a trained professional to ensure the product is right for you.
Material on our website
You may not reproduce any photography, image or copywriting on our website without express permission. You may not copy the design or layout of our website for your own use. If we link to another website, its contents are not under our control and are subject to change.
Eco Rewards loyalty program
The Eco Rewards loyalty program guidelines are subject to change without notice. You will be given written notice 30 days prior to points expiring and again 2 days prior. We are unable to extend or reinstate expired loyalty points.
Reviews & user generated content
Any text review, photo review or video review submitted to our site becomes property of Shop Naturally Pty Ltd and may be used by us on our social media channels or on our website. You can choose not to have your full name displayed next to your content by giving us a nickname or shortened version of your name at the time of submission. When you give us your email address when submitting a review, it will not be published.
We monitor reviews to ensure they do not include profanity or misleading information. All reviews on our website are collected & managed by Reviews.io. To keep the integrity of our reviews, we are unable to alter star ratings. We may, at our discretion, remove or modify any words in a review that could cause harm or offense to someone else or when it is clear the person leaving the review has not purchased the product, is providing misleading information or is intentionally trying to defame a competitor by lying about a products performance (sadly we caught a small brand doing this in the past).
