Do you sell replacement filters?

Yes, we only sell water filter jugs in our store where we can sell you the replacement filter cartridges.

How long can I store water in a water filter jug?

It is recommended to keep water regularly flowing through your jug, ideally no longer than a few days, regardless of whether it's a Brita jug, one of ours or any other brand. If you want to store filtered water for longer, pour it into water bottles and store for up to 6 months. Keep your filter cartridge damp once you have soaked it and set it up for optimum performance.

Can mould grow in a water filter jug?

Yes. Regardless of brand, all water filter jugs should be kept out of direct sunlight and have fresh water run through them as often as possible. Every day or two is perfect if you can. Wash the jug on a regular basis, not just when you change the filter cartridge, and if the water flow is slowing down, it's either time to replace the filter cartridge or back rinse the cartridge simply by running tap water through it the opposite way it filters inside the jug.
